YASODHA SELVARATNAM

Yasodha Selvaratnam, based in Kuala Lumpur, is a seasoned people leader currently serving as Head of Organisation Enablement at Roche Services and Solutions (RSS). She oversees the global RSS people enablement strategy, focusing on fostering a future-ready workforce and cultivating a purpose-driven culture. With over two decades of HR and finance experience in diverse industries, Yasodha joined Roche in 2016 as Head of People & Culture at RSS APAC, where she played a pivotal role in the organizational setup, growth, and transformation, leading to RSS APAC winning prestigious awards such as the Best Employer award by Kincentric and the Life at Work award by TalentCorp in 2020.

Yasodha holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from University College London and an MBA from Imperial College, both in the United Kingdom. She actively mentors future leaders and is passionate about sharing her career comeback story to inspire others. As the first woman of color from underrepresented nationalities to sit in the RSS Leadership team, Yasodha is committed to driving diversity, inclusion, and innovation in the workplace. She is passionate about building a great place to work and co-creating innovative people solutions, leveraging her expertise in HR, finance, and organizational development.
