OUR PLAN TO TRANSFORM WORKPLACES
Addressing psychological safety at work requires deliberate, intentional focus and action. There needs to be a top-down, bottom-up, and side-to-side approach - starting from top-level leaders to front-line employees and it requires holistic solutions.
The Speak Up Summit is where we will learn from leading experts and each other, collect workplace stories, and start to build the Founding Community of Vanguard Changemakers.

Who can attend the online summit?The summit is open to anyone interested in the topic of psychological safety. It is designed for leaders, professionals, educators, and individuals who want to contribute to creating psychologically safe environments and for building out a global movement together.

What tools are required for me to participate in the online summit?We will be mainly using ZOOM. It is free-of- charge and 100% cloud based. If you choose to download the Zoom app, be sure to run the latest version.

Will there be networking opportunities as the virtual summit?Yes, there will be virtual networking sessions and interactive activities throughout the event to facilitate connections and discussions among participants and speakers.

If I can only partially participate in the summit, is there an option for a reduced registration fee?Your entry pass grants you complete access to those sessions you plan to attend and those you might miss. After the event, video recordings of all sessions will be accessible to all registered participants.

Sharing Stories - You may wish to share your workplace story anonymously for the benefit of others learning from your experiences. No advance registration is needed - More details to come at the Summit itself.
