Personal Message
After an amazing 20+ year career in Animal and Human Health, including leadership positions in three Fortune 500 companies, Zoetis, Pfizer and Novartis, I decided to follow pay it forward and become an executive coach & consultant.
I believe every one of us has the power to maximize our performance at work and find fulfillment in all aspects of our lives, and I am privileged to help others believe that, too.
Coaching Approach
I bring an inspiring and thought-provoking approach to my coaching practice.  Through our work together, leaders learn to embrace their authenticity, discover their purpose, and enhance their leadership skills so that they can meaningfully connect with their work and achieve higher levels of fulfillment in all aspects of their lives.
What I Enjoy
When I am not coaching, you can find me spending time with the loves of my life, my husband Gordon and our fur baby Bodie. If I could design my perfect day, it would start with coffee on the porch (with my loves) followed by a walk, Pilates, an afternoon on the beach with a good book before a relaxing evening of pizza and wine.
