Dorota is the founder of PeopleVy, HR Consultancy focused on empowering people to thrive in organizations and enabling businesses to achieve their missions and goals.  Dorota works with businesses worldwide to set up their People Functions and provide operational excellence. She is also a coach and mentor, helping people foster personal resilience, empower their careers, and realize their full potential. 

Dorota is CIPD Level 7 qualified and holds an MSc in Human Resource Management.
