I'm a passionate and experienced Innovation Lead at Roche, a global healthcare leader. For more than two years, I have aimed to create spaces where anything is possible and where people work cohesively to generate viable solutions to complex industry challenges.

My mission is to activate and develop the innovative potential of Roche's employees and partners, using methods such as design thinking, open innovation and ecosystem collaboration. I am also responsible for the Innovation Kickbox program, which enables Roche employees to launch their own innovative projects with the necessary support and resources. Through these initiatives, I'm helping to strengthen the culture of innovation, accelerate digital transformation, and improve omnichannel engagement with Roche's customers and patients.
