Karina Schneider is a seasoned Global People & Culture Leader with over two decades of experience spanning consulting, healthcare, and non-profit sectors.   

She focuses her work in supporting organizations and individuals navigate the complexities of the modern work landscape in order to foster sustainable performance and organizational health. Karina's commitment to enabling healthy workplaces is demonstrated by efforts to create awareness of the true reasons that organisational wellbeing is compromised and encourages leaders to go back to the fundamentals of productive employee experiences. 

As a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor and ICF coach, Karina leverages her expertise in Leadership, Workplace Health & Safety, and People & Culture to support organisations meaningfully tackle their workplace wellbeing strategies. Karina also supports professionals returning to work after a mental health absence to prepare for this transition confidently and successfully.  

She has lived and worked in diverse environments like the Philippines, San Francisco, and Costa Rica; and currently resides in Basel, Switzerland with her young family.
