MARIA SOLER

María Soler is a professional specialized in the area of People Development. With over 15 years of experience in key roles in Human Resources, María has pursued her great interest by currently serving as Learning & Development Responsible for Spain and Portugal at Roche Farma España.

In this role, she leads strategic leadership initiatives, learning programs, and promotes diversity, equity and inclusion within the organization with both local and global impact. Prior to her work at Roche Farma España, María held various positions as a Business Partner and has worked in the consumer goods and consulting industries, where she was also involved in the development and implementation of talent development programs.

María has extensive training in the field of development, including co-active coaching and certifications in leadership assessment tools and wellbeing. Her passion for continuous learning and development makes her a highly committed professional in this field.
