MARTA GHEZZI

I am a Leadership Accelerator, founder and owner of Ghezzi Coaching and co-founder of TogetherWeGrow GmbH, supporting leaders in their development journey through individual coaching and team work.

With a Master degree in Business and Economics, I have over 25 years of experience in training, organisation and development across a wide variety of industries and sectors.

I am certified as a Coach with ICF (International Coach Federation), as a Leadership Circle Practitioner by The Leadership Circle®, as a Team Coach with the Institute of Leadership and Management and trained with ORSC™ (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching).

My passion is supporting people to achieve their goals by finding their true meaning, increasing their self-awareness, expressing their full potential and ultimately being more effective leaders, happier people and having a greater impact in their organisations and beyond.

I do this through individual coaching, leadership assessment, team coaching and workshops’ facilitation.

Some of the clients I have worked/ I am working with in these areas are: Air Liquide, Axa, Axpo, Beigene, CNH Industrial, Novartis, Roche, UBS, Poste Italiane, Tetra Pak, Wind.

All my work can be delivered in English and Italian.
