PATRICK BREHM

Patrick is a seasoned People & Culture (P&C) leader currently serving as Head of P&C for the Roche Pharma Switzerland Affiliate. As an experienced P&C professional with a track record in headhunting, recruiting and P&C business partnering, Patrick has led and implemented organizational changes in local and global corporate settings and has brought organizations closer to each other for example by leveraging capabilities, nurturing a culture of agility and collaboration, exchange of talent and more. 

Several years ago Patrick started his coaching journey which led him to a new found passion and life changing experiences. Being a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Mentor-Coach, having lived in Switzerland, Germany and China, having had several local and global jobs, Patrick's ambition is now to help people and young coaches worldwide on their journey to become the best versions of themselves.
