RICARDO GHERSA

Ricardo has most recently worked for a self-organized consultancy (e.g. self-set salaries, distributed leadership according to the Holacratic model) as Organizational Developer and Agile Coach.

Previously, he held roles in multinational companies as Operational Auditor and Supply Chain Program manager.

Having experienced first-hand the incredible power that a psychologically safe environment can have on an person’s personal and professional development, as well as on the overall Team effectiveness, Ricardo wishes to contribute to the creation of joyful and purpose driven workplaces, in which sustainable business results are achieved by fully leveraging the skills and talents of each employee.

He is a certified IFC and Co-Active Coach and Leadership Circle Profile practitioner, with previous degrees in the Business and Supply Chain Management field.
