Currently serving as a DE&I Expert, Sandra plays a pivotal role in crafting strategic initiatives for business resource groups and expansive employee networks, aligning with the company's objectives of cultivating an inclusive corporate culture. Moreover, Sandra spearheads Talent Strategy strategic initiatives, ensuring the company excels in recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce.
