Toba Best is a young and dynamics Career Coach and Organisational Learning and Development Professional, He has developed many organisational strategies that increase productivity and talent development. He has worked over a decade in Africa and the United Kingdom to gather experiences across different sectors including marketing, product development, production/manufacturing, Temporary Staffing and Organisational learning and development.  

He is an alumnus of the prestigious Yaba College of Technology Nigeria and The University of Queensland Australia. He is an Archology certified life coach, Certified Elite Performance Coach,  and Mental Health First Aider (England) with background in Food Science and Technology.  

Toba’s love for young people birth a global employability platform called “The Standout Professionals” Through this platform he has mentored many people and helped them bridge the gaps between education and market place, he is an author of The Key, a practical guide to cv and cover letter that stands out.  

Toba currently worked with the National Health Services (NHS) in England, United Kingdom and a proud member of FORBES BKL.  

He is the Christ Ambassador International, happily married to a beautiful wife, and the marriage is blessed with a joyful and energetic son
