Her professional journey, from Audit and Consulting to various major multinationals in the Insurance, Hydrocarbons and Pharmaceuticals industries in Africa, makes her a reference in her field, recognized for her experience and pragmatism.
Passionate about Human Development and aware of the need to assess and address appropriately the specific challenges that companies face on the continent in the current context of globalization, Amsy Sophie Mathiam has led major organizational and business transformation projects during her career. She gained from it a very practical experience of organisational and People management operational requirements, well balanced with strategic mindset and long-term perspective. She has a particular interest for change management, leadership development, intercultural dynamics, capacity building and social responsibility.
