Jamie Campbell is a visionary leader in business strategy, transformation, and digital change.  For over two decades, Jamie has been working ‘hands-on’ as a CEO, board member, executive, and external advisor at organizations across the globe, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.  


Jamie has been at the forefront of transformative change and innovation, advocating for (and implementing) work environments that prioritize empowerment, behavioral change, system-thinking, and learning as being key catalysts to drive digital and technology change.  Jamie’s approach melds strategic foresight with a genuine commitment to people, driving remarkable outcomes for society. 


Importantly, it has been the many failures and learnings Jamie has experienced through his career, that have led him to embrace and advocate for psychological safety in the workplace – without it, transformation, innovation, and many leaders will fail. 


Jamie currently resides in Helsinki, Finland with his family.  His ‘heart’ continues to remain loyal to his native country of Canada.
