Jenny Schumacher is currently serving as the Chair of the Board for USA Weightlifting, a prominent Olympic organization. With a career spanning over two decades, Jenny's journey has been defined by a steadfast commitment to excellence, fueled by her unwavering belief in the power of collaboration and abundance.

As a Registered Nurse, she intimately understands the importance of teamwork and cooperation, especially in environments where scarcity mindsets can hinder progress. Now at the helm of USA Weightlifting, Jenny leads with a vision guided by the principles of abundance and loyalty. She understands the transformative impact a unified team can have on performance excellence.

Jenny has faced numerous physical and psychological challenges in life – including a near fatal motorcycle accident in rural Nepal requiring years of surgeries. Recovering from a serious brain injury, Jenny has refused to be held back by fear or doubt. Her journey has been a testament to the power of resilience and perseverance, inspiring others to push past their own limitations.
