Speaker Bio

Jo has a background in Marketing and has written two books from lived experiences.

The first one is ‘ROLLERCOASTER RIDE – The aftermath of suicide, hope and moving forward. ‘ The second one is ‘HOW CAN YOU NOT SEE THE SIGNS? For Leaders to Notice the Signs of a Toxic Culture, For Employees to Notice Toxic Behaviour.’ She is passionate about mental health and making a difference to mental health in the workplace by creating a safe and successful environment for everyone.
