Fit for the Future - and Fit for Human Beings

We live in a world that seems to be all punctuation and no equilibrium, where the future is less and less an extrapolation of the past. To thrive in this age of upheaval, organizations must develop the capacity to change as fast as change itself.  Building this "evolutionary advantage” requires work environments that not only encourage speaking up without fear, but also empower employees to take action without waiting for permission.

In this talk, Michele will unpack the design rules for building organizations that never take refuge in denial, rush out to meet the future, and harness the initiative and ingenuity of their members.
