Throughout her career, Sandy has trained and coached professionals in key skills from product knowledge, sales methodologies, effective communication to guiding individuals into management roles. She holds a degree in Insurance, a Diploma in Organizational Behavior from the Irish Management Institute, and certifications in Train the Trainer and Executive Coaching. Specializing in organizational behavior, Sandy actively promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication.
