Speaker Bio
Thomas, an Austrian citizen, has been with Roche for over 15 years. He held various positions in Procurement and since May 2020 part of the Rioche Services and Solutions. In his current role, Thomas leads our Enterprise Capabilities Team that offers services around Project and Change Management. Through an entrepreneurial mindset, Thomas and his team established an inhouse offering that now supports over 200 projects in all areas of the company.Â
Thomas has over 21 years of experience in leadership, project and process management and holds a dual Executive MBA degree from the WU Executive Academy as well as the University of Minnesota.Â
His passion lies in any kind of sports, especially running, biking and ski touring, but most importantly his little daughter Valentina.Â
